All items obtained via the event is Soul-linked.
You can use the boxes for 7 Days after receiving them and the Scroll of Amplification Q can be used for 100 days after receiving them and the 2nd Anniversary Cloak can be used for 14 days.
The 2nd Anniversary Cloak has the following stat
- PvE Damage Increase +12%
- Attack Speed +10%
- Decreased Casting Time +20%
- Critical Chance +12%
- Add Magical Power +220
