Change to the 2nd Anniversary Event's event item
Dear Players,
In order for a better playing experience for our players, the event item "Brilliant Crystal" will be also dropping when you defeat monsters level 15 and above by a lower chance than 'Shiny Powder' and 'Shiny Star Piece'.
This change will take effect after the following time:
