Regarding the persisting log-in issue

We would first like to apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused our players regarding the log-in issue.
The log-in issue was caused by an error in the DNS servers, which has since been resolved but it will take some time for the fix to affect all players.
This in return will cause the delay in resolving this log-in issue, which will be resolved at a different period for each player.
Once the issue has been resolved, we will have a separate announcement of the compensation for the log-in error.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and will strive to resolve it as soon as possible.
