Before you enjoy your rewards, here are few points you need to check!
Items has been given to the highest level character on your account, regardless of the Master/Hero level.
If you have received the item to the character you don't want, please send the ticket to the customer support for the retransmission of the item to other character. BUT you should not use the item AND the reward box item should be IN the inventory.
You have to send the inquiry ticket title as "Retransmission of the Top-Up Bonus Event reward".
