We have found that some items that were sold in the cash shop were found to have been sold or delivered incorrectly, differing from what was originally announced in the 'Black Friday Sales Announcement'.
The items in question have been temporarily removed from sale.
Any incorrectly delivered items will be retrieved and replaced with the correct items in the character’s inventory.
If the item was gifted, it was retrieved from the character who received the gift and then re-issued to that character with the correct item that should have originally been delivered.
