Patch Notes:
- Server stability
- Elf Adventure Event begins
- Spring Event NPC removed
- Changed so that only the appropriate jewel can be set in Jewel Setting for costumes
- Added scroll bar for server and channel select screen
- Fixed the issue for random disconnect issues in Azria for FR servers
