Announcement : For the players who already exchanged Halloween Thriller set (Permanent)

Dear Players,

As we already mentioned at the Maintenance announcement, we fixed the bug that Halloween Thriller set (Permanent) is Soul-Linked to Soul-Linked when equipped.

Therefore, for those who already exchanged Halloween Thriller set (Permanent) before the update on November 03, please send us a request about exchanging your current Soul-Linked Costume to Soul-Linked when equipped via Customer Support.

Here are the few things you have to know before sending us a request :

1. Please Do not upgrade your costume or do other actions.

2. If you DID upgraded your costume, please send us the ticket via Customer Support with following measures.

3. Send us a screenshot of the upgraded costume in which the upgrade and appearance is visible

4. Please take off the item because it cannot be withdrawn when wearing the item

5. If you confirm that you are not wearing the item, withdraw proceeds

6. We will create the same item, same option as the item in the in-game and sent through mail

Thank you.

* Since the Thriller costumes are changed to 'Soul-Linked When Equipped'. Players who already equipped the costumes will not be changed to other Thriller set. Those only who didn't equipped the Thriller set will be changed.
