Collection of Privacy Data for Prize Reward Provision
In accordance with related laws and regulations, we are collecting the following information in order to provide the prize rewards to you.
Please read the following carefully and if you are in accordance with the following terms, please send us the documentation in your reply.
- Information collected: Copy of your Passport, Certificate of Residence
- Purpose of information collected: Collecting nationality, Name, Passport number, confirmation of address in order to comply with the obligation to report for Withholding Tax to the Republic of Korea
- Period of possession and usage of the information: 5 years in accordance with the Income Tax Act and Corporate Tax Act of the Republic of Korea
The winner has the right to deny providing the information. In the case of the denial of providing the information, the prize will be canceled and we will be unable to provide you with the prize.

If you agree to the above terms, you just have to give us your concession for collecting the privacy data (no need for a physically signed consent) and provide us with the following:
-Copy of your Passport and Certificate of Residence*
*If in the case your country of residence does not have a government-issued Certificate of Residence document or if you don't have a passport, please reply back to us and we will consult with our legal team on what other documentation you can provide to us for taxation purposes. (For example, an EU ID card with your current resident address clearly written is acceptable)

Also due to government tax law and regulations, the withholding tax will be deducted from your prize, if it is required between the country of your residence and the Republic of Korea.
As stated in our agreement, if you do not agree to the above terms or do not provide us with the correct documents, we are afraid we cannot provide you with the prizes due to legal matters.
Also please DO NOT forget to input your Bora UID before the maintenance on May 26th!
