Dear Players,
It comes with a heavy heart that we must inform you that we shall not be able to assist further with account recovery for those of you who missed the initial deadline.
Whilst we do have the data of the characters, their inventories and all about them we are unable to verify who the account creators/owners are.
In some cases, we have had multiple people trying to gain access to characters and all providing the same or similar information. None of which is incorrect, but all of which questions how we can give accounts back to who should have them.
There was a timeframe given by Webzen in order to migrate the accounts into our system and this is the time it should have been done. Whilst we understand not everyone knew about it, there's nothing which we could do at that time to inform those of you who were not aware of the service change to migrate ASAP.
This is not a decision we have come to lightly, but one we have had to make after exploring and debating other possible ways to proceed.
We apologise for the clear inconvenience and upset this will cause, but hope you shall remain on new accounts to enjoy Flyff.
