During the event, defeat monsters that are higher than Lv.15 and they will drop Fairy Dust and Fairy Gem.
Collect them and bring them to NPC named 'Bell' in Flaris to exchange to Fairy Bag!
Fairy Bag and 'Box of Power' will contain one of the below items:
